As part of the beginning stages of the development, Jones Lang LaSalle reviewed the Aerotropolis Pilot Action Area in order to evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of the physical property. Based on this review and other market analyses, an implementation strategy was born to identify the necessary steps for the successful development of the Aerotropolis.
