Detroit Renaissance is intensifying its long-standing commitment to the redevelopment of Detroit by supporting the work of the City’s front-line development organizations. The following programs are being launched with Detroit Renaissance support.

• New business attraction program led by the Detroit Economic Growth Corporation

• New downtown marketing program led by the Downtown Detroit Partnership

• New development finance programs operated by the Detroit Investment Fund

• New public space endowment fund to support the Detroit Riverfront Conservancy, Downtown Detroit Partnership, University Cultural Center Association, New Center and Campus Martius Park

• Signature initiatives that accelerate the City’s economic transformation, such as the development of a Creative Economy Corridor in the downtown 

In addition, Detroit Renaissance partners with CEO's for Cities, the Initiative for a Competitive Inner City and other national organizations to develop and implement forward-thinking ways to accelerate Detroit's economic growth.
